Can’t we common people join hands? Paris, New York, Mumbai, Bali, Iraq, or Syria! People of the world should unite. Hold hands and say ‘you are my brother’ to each other.

Little baby’s hands are trained to shoot; to hold AK47. They are brainwashed with evil spirit. Spirited fighters, these poor kids become at very young age. There is very little anyone can do to kill their evil fighting spirit. Fighter jets and Bombs will not destroy their spirit.
To kill terrorism the ‘attack’ should be made in the human minds. Educational institutions, media, corporations, religions etc. should take up the ‘fight’ against terrorists and the concentration should be on teenagers and children.
• Let true Muslims who uphold the message of the Prophet (PBUH) come out in the open and condemn terrorism and say AllAhu Akbar (PBUH).( Note: we write PBUH after the word Prophet. Peace is that important Islam. How can we accomplish peace by blowing up own brothers?)
• Let true Jewish hold the hands of an young kid in the Palestinian refugee camp and say “you are my brother” ( Note; Peace (Shalom) is the most important word in Jewish Faith . How can we accomplish it by mutual killing?)
• Let Evangelist Christians stop baptizing and converting people by force or inducement or by offering rewards . (Christen empires and nations ruled by Christian rulers have not brought Peace on earth though Christ was born in a stable with a message “Peace on Earth” reverberating in the skies. You live as Christ taught and things will be alright. Then teach PEACE to people)
• Let the true Hindus of India stand up and silence the mouth of the neo ultra-right “Hindu” Fundamentalists who have acquired power in India by deceiving poor people offering development. India has the second largest population of Muslims in the world. The situation is very dangerous. The (really) ‘minority’ ultra-rightists are creating an environment of intolerance and indulging in violence that brand the peace-loving, patriotic Muslims and Christians as anti-national. Some of them may become sympathizers of terrorists as the authorities are silently permitting this hate campaign of the ultra-right “upper” caste Hindus. The “Ohm Shanthi” sound reverberates in every Hindu Pooja offering to God.Hinduism is a great religion that has nothing in common with the ultra-rightists.
When every human mind longs for peace, when PEACE is the corner stone and core teaching of every religion, why can’t there be a joint struggle to restore peace on earth? It is high time for the silent majority to break their silence before it is too late.
How to do it and what can be done? First and foremost, as many little children as possible be taught the value of peace and nonviolence. Let the school curriculums be checked to ensure that stories of great men who promoted peace and led nonviolent struggles to achieve goals be taught in schools. Let there be an urgent review to find what is the best that can be done to promote peace. Let corrective lessons and counselling be organized for teen agers and youth who might have gotten terrorist teachings. Let TVs/ Radios and other media, broadcast ads to discourage violence and promote peaceful thoughts in the minds of public especially young children. Let Children games with violence be not produced. You will be surprised to find out that business can be done by promoting PEACE than sex and violence. Sex and violence appeal to the reptile (lower-animal) mind but Peace will apply to the (upper) divine mind and will lead to enlightenment. The words uttered by ”stars” in Ads could be chosen to promote peace and discourage violence.
Countries are competing to make and use more and more sophisticated weapons, warplane, bombs etc. It is sad that Governments do not understand what the strongest and most powerful weapon is. Terrorists have identified it and are using it. The most powerful weapon is the human mind. The attackers of 9/11 spent (may be) maximum 150-200 thousand dollars. They brought the “greatest” power on earth to its knees. What they had is a ‘handful’ of men committed to a purpose and were willing to die for it. In short the spirit to fight of the fighter is the most powerful weapon. In the case of terrorists it is the evil spirit they were driven with. But history will show that, good or evil, if the fighter is “charged” to the extent of sacrificing his own life for his “cause” no weapon can defeat him. When one Bin Laden is destroyed thousand will rise from the schools in Pakistan or Afghanistan or some other place where small kids are taught terrorism.
This is also applicable in cases where a fighter is charged with GOOD spirit. History shows that the ‘spirit’ that acted through 11 (12-1) uneducated disciples of Jesus Christ sow the seeds for bringing down the greatest (Roman) empire in the world. In 300 years Rome became an Empire with Christianity as the official religion. Many other nations followed.
Human mind is the battlefield. Conditioned human mind is the best weapon. Conditioning can be towards an evil goal or a good goal. The human mind inherently has a skill/rule to choose what is right (as perceived by it). What the (evil) trainers do is to convince the mind that what is really evil is right. Believing in and doing evil fully convinced that he is doing the most holy and righteous thing is the worst curse a human being can suffer on earth. He should not be hated. He needs help. But it may be too late as he has become very dangerous to the society and need to be constrained; Like we do to a mental patient gone wild.
Imagine, if a fraction of money spent on warfare by super powers is spent to educate children to hate terrorism and pursue peace and become ‘soldiers’ of peace what would be the result! USA and European Countries may have to realize the importance of ‘soft power’. “Evangelizing” someone may call it but if you believe in freedom, brotherhood and equality (first heard in the French revolution. So start after the tragedy in Paris ), but to promote human values, it is essential to inculcate these traits in the minds of people particularly the young minds.
