Curiosity, in born in the SELF of every human being, is the driving force for learning; learning without surrendering the freedom to think. The greatest loss a person suffers as he grows up is FREEDOM TO THINK. POEM’s plan is to help children to learn without losing or surrendering their curiosity and freedom to think and grown up people to regain their lost freedom to think and learn like a curious child.
A person who gets educated using his curiosity and free mind observes with all the five senses and learn by applying his imagination, analytical power, logics and objective thoughts.
The main source of conflicts, criminality fundamentalism and terrorism is the imposed ‘education’ in which freedom to think is curtailed. Reasoning is replaced by blind faith. Rules about rewards and punishment for a person’s actions are laid down. In extreme cases, such as in the case of fundamentalists and terrorist organizations, this rewards and punishments are taught happen after death. Worst of all is the ’education’ imparted on innocent men and women that violence, antisocial activities and extreme cruelty to fellow human beings will be rewarded eternally ,after death .
As a POEM person you will help yourself and recover freedom to think. The very awareness that you are part of the Almighty power, and every breath you take is a gift God has blown into your body would give you the power to re discover the power to think freely and objectively. Reasoning is not anathema to faith. It is that universal, cosmic power that has gifted you the power to reason. So use it freely and your faith will get strengthened on the right footing.
POEM Education service concentrate on helping member’s self education leading to freedom of thoughts and SELF awareness. It then becomes responsibility of emancipated POEM members to help others in the process. Target people who are in leadership roles in politics, religions, governments, education, arts and literature, business and corporate world and so on.
